CRYSTAL PEPPER, BSN, RN
Crystal Pepper's journey to founding Lux Medical Aesthetics is rooted in a decade of nursing experience, beginning with her graduation as a Registered Nurse in 2012. Her extensive background includes seven years in a Med/Surg unit, focusing on post-operative care and wound management, before advancing her skills in an ICU setting during the challenging times of the pandemic. Working through the pandemic not only honed her clinical skills but also triggered a deep-seated passion for general wellness, inspiring her to help others find their self-worth and confidence to live each day to its fullest potential. This transformative period sparked her interest in aesthetic nursing, leading her to embrace the powerful capabilities of medical-grade lasers.
